Starting a practice
There’s a reason artists call it a “practice” — the important thing is to show up and do the work. It sounds self-evident, but I’ve found free time consistently difficult to wrangle within the past year. But I’m ready to start putting in the practice.
I’m going to start carving out the time to learn new skills, hone my creative voice, and reflect on my how my practice is going, as well as where I want to take it in the future. This will be a space for me to do that, and also share little joys and learnings along the way.
